Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they enter your house. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers form their initial thoughts about your house and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance.
Understanding this assists us in deciding what steps we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't at its best on the outside with refreshed paint and bright garden plants it's time to get those things done. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers envision themselves enjoying game night in your living room, reading a good book in your spa tub or studying in your home office? We want your home to welcome buyers and offer them a sense of ease. I'll help you do this by suggesting small improvements that enhance your home's features.
I'll help you get rid of anything that gives the look of clutter. Tabletops should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get stored away too. We need to remove the personal details from the house so buyers can see it as their new place.
I'll look over each room of your home. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use shining, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively influence the sale.
We'll ensure your house has mass appeal and that it's inviting, staying away from "loud" or "can't-work-with" hues on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can think about temporary furniture. You want your home to look ready to live in as opposed to deserted.

Setting the Stage
The entire time your house in on the market, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. To counteract darkness is important and we'll draw back curtains, and add lighting where needed to show off your place. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests enjoy your home and ensure a pleasing scent circulates from every area. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your loveseat and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current place is their future home. |
